hey,,,i heard that after we finished the new tutorial,we supposed to get mercenary deck for free with living dagger in it,,,,,already done tutorial couple time,,,but get nothing,,,,is it a bug?or it isn't alvaliable anymore?

I believe it's a bug. There's been a few other people reporting the same thing, and I believe a mod confirmed it's a bug.
