No cards in deck bug

It seems that there is a bug when it comes to having no cards left in the deck.
It may be just me, but has anyone ever noticed that it's kind of random whether the game decides to end or not if one player has 0 cards left in the deck?
I'll give you a few scenarios.

I've faught a few fights where I had 0 cards left in my deck and 3-4 cards in my hand after let's say turn 8. Then turn 9, I lose the fight cuz I can't DRAW a card.
Other times i've had 3 cards left in my hand with 0 cards in my deck at turn 7(for example) and turn 8 comes around, I don't draw any cards, yet we play another round...wtf?

Another example is my Tsoutai crow deck. I have 2 Origami in the deck purposely becaue first of all it's +1 spirit and attack, plus chain AND they go back into the deck after they are played.
So I'm playing against a discard deck, getting all my cards thrown into the discard pile, but I continue to play my origami so they can't discard them.

Everything is going well and all I need was 2 more turns to finish off the last character, I play my 2 origami knowing that they will go back into my deck, I have no other cards anywhere at this point. So i play them, I don't kill the character, but on my next turn, I should have Origami go back into the deck, I re draw them and finish him off. BUT TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT, THE GAME ENDS AFTER THE TURN BECAUSE THE GAME THINKS I HAVE NO MORE CARDS TO DRAW!!!!

I hope others have seen this problem and we can get a better idea of how this "Not enough cards left to draw" rule works Because it seems to be random in my case. Or Feerik needs to fix this, I've lost dozens of fights because of this.

I've even had the opponent go as long as 2 MORE ROUNDS without drawing any cards!!

At the beginning of the turn, you draw cards.
If you can't draw enough cards, you loose at the end of the turn.

There is card that prevent you to draw ([card]Hate[/card] at level 3, [card]Cutting all Ties[/card], [card]It's all fun and games... [/card]) can explain cases where you have few cards in hand.

No bug in the scenarios described.
