I just bought a game card to buy fee'z but I cannot access my country in the bank. I don't know what happened, but I remember that earlier I was browsing for free fee'z from other countries because I want to see the offers from other countries and compare with mine and then there is this positioning system that I agreed. Then this problem occurs, I can see my country but every time I change it, it will just return to the previous country & not the country I chose. I cannot use the game card I bought because of this problem. Help me please..

Can you try to change your game language, too, and see if it helps ? (click on the flag next to your name)

I have tried everything, such as changing languages & country flag but it seems that the problem still exists.

This is my problem:
As I go to the BANK a normal window pops up but with the wrong country which is Argentina

Then as I try to change it to the right country where I live which is Philippines:
I can see my country in the choices, and once I have selected it and it starts loading to change to the country I have chosen

But after loading, it just returned back to Argentina

and I cant enter the code given to me by the card I bought because I am in the wrong country.

Before this problem occurs I tried looking on free offers of other countries to compare it with mine and this window pops up:

(created a new account to see if this window will pop up if I choose other country & to show this window to Feerik staffs)

I know that this is an error on my part because I agreed in that window because I thought that there will be no problem after I agreed it, and since I am curious to know free offers from other countries. But now I cannot load feez into my account. Please help me.

And I am now starting to get bored because I do not have enough crystals to upgrade my decks. I want to buy feez so that I could buy boosters & sell the cards from the boostter to upgrade my decks, but I cannot buy feez because of this problem.

If this problem would not be solved, my other question is:
Is it possible to use other countries "Type your code here"

to enter the code given to me by the game card I bought so that I could buy feez?

Hey Sir Sapphon, somehow before the marketplace maintenance I managed to get to the Philippines section of the Bank and even load the card I bought. But after the marketplace maintenance my problem is back & now even worst; I cannot see Philippines from the country choices now, the only countries that I see are South American countries such as Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, etc.

I really don't spend much time playing because I really enjoy going at the marketplace and buying cards with low prices and then reselling it for profit, so this update really affects me but I already accepted the fact that 30% of the cards we sold will be taken as commission & we don't have much control on how we would price our cards but please somehow make us players satisfied with the game by solving our problems as quickly as possible. Please help. Thanks & still loyal to the game! Good luck!
