Just as the subject says:
I am quite new at this discarding game, but please clarify it for me. As I understand, the opponent loses immediately after they fail to draw a card from their deck.
So if my opponent has 0 cards in his deck by the end of turn 6 and he needs to draw one card or more to fill his hand for the next turn, shouldn't I be declared the winner at the end of the turn 6 or the beginning of turn 7, because the computer checks whether the opponent has enough cards to draw for the next turn?
Sometimes, I had instances even when my opponent has 0 cards in the deck AND his hand and yet, we still played a turn. This is the turn AFTER I made him lose all his cards.
Example:
Turn 7: I discard my opponent's cards in hand down to 0. I discard my opponent's deck down to 0.
Turn 8: A new round !!!!! - Shouldn't I be declared the winner even before this turn begins?
By the definition of the winning condition, am I not the winner at the end of turn 7 since the computer checks whether the opponent has anymore cards to draw?
Please clarify
Thanks!

At Turn 8, your opponent officially misses a draw. This is when the computer checked the condition if your opponent has sufficient cards to draw.
When Turn 7 started, your opponent was still able to draw the required number of cards. You decked him out or discarded after the computer checked the condition at the start of the turn.

The turn is :
- Draw phase
- Selecting characters
- begin of combat
- Choose cards
- Resolve cards
- Normal physical hit
- Effect of end of combat (like activating items)
- End of combat
- Death
- Declaring victory
- Discard phase
- end of turn
The victory is declared only at one place after the end of combat and the death of characters.
At this point, all the victory's conditions are evaluated.
You deck out your opponent if he missed the draw phase of this turn.
In your example, you discard hand of your opponent during the combat of turn 7, he never missed the turn 7 draw phase.
So, a new turn is played.
He missed the draw phase at turn 8 and loose at the end of combat turn 8.
Everything is normal.
