Timer with no options

I was in the arena of the border that just ended. I was in First place until I lost because I was unable to make any decisions. It wouldn't let me play any cards at all but the timer simply kept running out until I lost. This knocked me down to third from first. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, but its the first time it's happened in a tournament.

obviously I'm upset about it but I'll get over it, I just want to know if this is going to be fixed

Happens to me a lot in the Level rooms. So, now it's also in the Arena? Hope the Devs get a fix on this.

It happens randomly in any room (Arena, ELO room, normal room, training).
The problem is recurrent from the beginning of the game and the dev team try to fix it.
The random part gives them a lot of trouble to fix it.

We have to deal with this.
