It doesn't give the Additional Attack +1 defense +1 for the other characters of a different race with a tribal mask

Rockspeaker has one, that he played on himself, When Dandy used one the next turn, he only recieved +1 defense.

No bug, did you read carefully the ability of Dandy ?
Dandy's attack cannot be modified by any card.

Yes but Dandy should have had defense +2 instead of +1.

@ Zurga, He only had Defense +1 Tribal mask is supposed to give additional Atk/def +1 for each other character of a different race carrying a tribal mask, this is not the first time this has happened, and I will edit in more screenies. Dandy's attack isn't in question, it is the point where Tribal Mask does not give it's additional effect regardless.
A few game's I have activated it on Rockspeaker after dandy, (or using rockspeakers first turn to craftsman paste it to Psalm) and he still only gets Attack/def +1. The situation described in the latter is even more difficult to screenshot considering rockspeaker gets a permanent buff if he plays items/spells/

@Calandra, The previous turn was Psalm vs Bragan. Supplying + Feiry sword against an Invisibility buff.

I wouldn't post in the bugs section without rigidly testing what I would be reporting.
