problem with a trophy

i just spent crystals do buy the last of the ones i needed for the puppeteer trophy ,grant it i already have kriss ,shouldnt i get another kriss plus my bonus crystals and experience i enjoy the game and spend money on it i just want it to do me right you know thanks corey jarvis

Yes, you should.  Are all your character as their final evolution?  Come in the chat room, it'll be easier to troubleshoot your issue.
