need ideas for playing competitive elo deck

I've been playing this game for a few weeks as for now. While enjoying as it, I am getting to were I want to get serious in the game. What I am  looking for is the current meta or competitive decks. This information will also a resource for others to look upon as to get an idea.

Collected from forums and blog that for as I know these are the competitive decks:
(not ranked)
1.IHAS
2.NOZ Mage
3.Mill (priest,court,zill)
4.Witchblade
5.Big Zill
6.Courts
7. Eclipse
8.Craftman
9. Port

What I am asking is what decks are the most competitive ( at the current moment)?

Also, which deck would you play today if crystal/price wasn't a problem?

Also, what are some of the staples (most commonly used)  in decks?

Re : need ideas for playing competitive elo deck

why don't you choose a deck/stile of your preference, with your way of playing, and play around it? I grant you that you could make a nice competitive deck that's gonna reward you with more fun than the top tier winers. don't know if you accompany the forum but everybody is tired of the same coffee and milk decks.

It's up to you, but either way YOU have to chose whatever is better for you coz even the top tier decks have a very close winning rate. It's a matter of luck and estrategy.

Re : need ideas for playing competitive elo deck

I suggested this deck and it's running wild in french forums but nobody in the english forum believed much in it

i played against a similar build and it was a great match, unfortunately for my opponent, luck was on my side and i won by a hair.

Oogoe Marauder version
Karasu
Toram

essentials
time to die 1x
karajutsu x3
tsume x2 or x3

suggested
lucky charm x2 or x3
disagreement x2 or x3
obesity x2
restored honor x1
storm x1
living dagger x2
assassination 3x

i would play one or two fallback to counter quick draw decks and save your arse in awful situations, also 1 rain of death, and in this case 1 reborn, that means

turn 4, 5, 6: toram equiped with tsume + reborn + rain of death

you could make any alterations, i don't know it's up to you

doesn't make much difference, it's just a personal preference to make writing closer to spoken speech but if it's a real deal for the forum I can adapt.

Its no big deal. Some people just like to be uppity about their preference of their own forum decor. It's not an English class, if it was, all those emoticons and ellipses would be the first thing banned if i had my way.

If there were no luck in TCG, how boring would that be?
