Ok, that is very clearly not the way to do it...I've fought them 3 times now, even playing parchment cards during battle...nothing.
Anyone else know how to do it?
From what I could understand from the french forum, the mission is "Power" from "The Values of Noz" campaign and you should have the 4 scrolls in your deck.

I succeeded this part in playing the "Power" mission of Noz values (last before boss).
I played the 4 part of invocation.
I received the trophy at the end of combat (I lost it for the record).

He's a beast. I can't beat his third form before dying, which is really a pity, because I just need to beat that then use the parchment...

So if you use the Parchment before "Recovered Artaban" form he just dies and transforms?

Maybe his last form is super weak and you're beating yourself trying to kill his 3rd form when you could just use the parchment ahahah!! That would be so epic

Wait, does the parchment goes to the discard pile after usage? If so it can be played multiple times and Artaban becomes really easy to beat.

Really? everything iv'e heard says otherwise. Deck ideas/examples?
Also wish I was able to get him BEFORE the double exp ended...

You don't need all of them to be air guem. The quest is pretty easy, you just need the air guem to kill the demons. I finished it with Baramir, Deirf and Snake with just random cards in my deck.

You don't need all of them to be air guem. The quest is pretty easy, you just need the air guem to kill the demons. I finished it with Baramir, Deirf and Snake with just random cards in my deck.

i use priest to keep shrikan/them alive and get the shrikan attack up,,and use the element card(always recyled with moneyed) to kill him
btw anybody trying to farm on him??are the drops cool??or he doesn't drop anything?

I beat him with Tempus, enough time to advance the turn counter against his weaker forms so i could kill of the latest version easily. Did only draw that map against his last version, but with 2 characters a live and 2 aging in my hand didn't need to use it. :)And best of all, i didn't just win Artaban, but also simple dagger.

i just done it with offensive i haven't tested it on other earth spells you can try its just 8 energy about 40 mins >_<
