Moral of the story is Capt USA is only thinking about what he likes and improving his game and play style. The fact of the matter is, any serious, mature player would also consider the shockwave OP cards have on the game as a whole. It has nothing to do with who pays and who doesnt pay.
Eredan is a community game, sure the top players are all paying players, and that makes sense, but a game gets ruined if all the top players are playing exactly the same OP deck. The new tempus card only hurts the game as a whole, sure the first week when its a new, a few players can dominate ELO up at 2000, but after a few weeks, all you will see is that same old OP Tempus deck.
Balance is what makes the world go round. Like I said before, if one card can turn a semi-competitive deck to Top tier deck, then there is definitely something unbalanced about that card. I LOVE TEMPUS, but I love Eredan more, I dont want a release, where: "Add 3 of these cards and you win..."
Sure the new Tempus deck will lose sometimes, but the potential of the deck far exceeds most other decks. Feerik has made some mistakes in the past with their releases, and have created cards that they have had to change-Port, Avatar, Living Nature (to name a few), the same thing will happen for Tempus, for the sake of keeping the game balanced.

In a nutshell this game is coming down to who's cannon is bigger. Taking away any sort of fun / strategy plaining / creative aspect I started playing this game for. I'd give it another month of releases / patches before I'd consider taking my money elsewhere.
