Anyone think that there would be a something for those who have luans at the end of event and simply get out bid or fall short of getting a dragon?
yeah i guess,,,that's a bad luck!!they don't care about it
i had once 4000 candy in hallowen-event,,,and i waited for a good card in auction,,,i wait and wait and then i realized that the event ended and i still got 4000 candy,,,,damn,,,,,i was playing like crazy in one week for nothing

I'm just putting my two cents in, though its not really that different than what other people said.
First off, I like the idea of the auction.
Secondly, I like the special card and had been eager to work for it...
But then I saw/did the math for what was required to get it.
On reading the announcement I had planned to buy packs so I could get enough luans for them both... But on doing the math I decided not to.
Obviously there are people who are shelling out the money for luans but I wanted to let people (Feerik) know there is at least one person who would have spent money who isn't based on principal. There prices aren't reasonable for this event, so although I could spend money towards it, I won't.
Hopefully the next one will be more reasonable.

I actually find it hard to believe that someones bidding 1.9 luan for Destroying the no-human card when it's worth only 500 crystals at the Market and so is the rest of the other cards.

One big booster is about 7 bucks. Excluding adventure mode, that makes 100 luans = 1 dollar.
With that math I am incredibly surprised to see what people are paying for cards. Kimiko is 4.3k crystal, which you can get in two days or so, but she is also worth 33 dollars? How is that model even sustainable?
Actually, I know the guy who bought Kimiko for 3300, He didnt spend a time, he grinded adventure mode for the last 5 days

4-5k crys is a good amount of games, besides the eggs expire tomorrow and pretty much EVERY card been going for a lot
Most people are just going to end up dumping them on a card thats only worth like 400-500 crys

I'm with you in my confusion. Right now Ice Coffin is going for 3100 Luans. It also is 1900 crystals.
1900 crystals is, at worst, 95 games if you lose all of them. At worst case 10 minutes per game, that's 15.8 hrs (not counting daily bonus, etc).
3100 Luans cost, best case scenario, 86.1 hours (180 luans/5 hours assuming all wins).
What gives?

shulong lvl 1 can be upgraded to both shulongs lvl 2.

Where are you getting this number of hours? It expires at noon on Wednesday in France...by my math, that's 20 hours away still...

There should be more auction choices, this is just ridiculous. thousands of Luans for normal common cards. People don't have enough ways to spend it now.
