feez problem...

I've sent an email and got a reply from amber on friday oct 7th 2011,This may be my mistake was too late replying to emails...so i sent the second email and until now i still didn't get my feez....

hello,

it's almost one week and i still didn't got my feez....

this make me very confused and depressed...every day i always open my email but i still didn't have your answer about my problem....
i can't sold my card and my crystal is running out.....so i try to get my feez with sms again,it still error....i wondering why is it happening.....

i've ask my friend who got some problem with me.....he's get feez in 6 hours since he send you an email....
i've already provide you with the information you need..

this is my last transaction so total i got 3 transaction.....

Ah yeah, I still remember when I bought feez through paymo boku sms.. my record was half a day (12 hours, who knows you people live on mars ), and I still need to send ticket to boku (means: don't send to feerik).

Tell you what, In the payment option there is a new method for buying feez called Indomog, it lets you store money from your bank account to your Indomog account, voila instant access to feez.. trust me, I just bought 1700 feez with it in one go and in an instant too, well maybe a couple of picosecs but just forget the details.

The IDR to feez rate is also very proportional if you compare to other countries, which makes me a content customer <- would  be very happy if feerik fix bugs on cards like [card]Demon may rise[/card] that only affect the ability of nature guemelite to cast nature spell and don't disable other race-related abilities(golems, other guemelites, humans)
