Delay Problem

Hey everbody

I used to play Eredan itcg for a while but now the game started to have some serious delay problems. the game opens and loads normal and using marketplace etc workes totaly fine, but when i press play it loads alright but the : " just a little patients " screen stays for sometimes over minute and from there on the delay makes it unplayable.

i tryed the last days to figure out what it is but i just did´t get it.
-My internet works without problems. (32000 kibits/s)
-Java player is up to date.
- laptop is just 4 month old so hardware is fine.. no problems in playing other online games.
- when i look in from my roomates pc it works. so it is not the acc
- i tryed many different browsers. ( chrome, opera, internet explorer, mozilla , nightly..) all with the same bad results..
-same problem by looking in throu facebook app and eredan.com

i am currently in taiwan and because of payment issues i had my brother look in from europe to do buy some diamants for me. after that it started that i had once in a while the delay problem and if i looked in it sometimes worked perfect and sometimes not at all..
the delay problems became more often over the days and now i have it every time i look in. i cleared my browser history but it also didn´t change a thing.

the problem must somehow be related to my laptops. any wrong settings or what ever i realy don´t see a light at the end of the tunel no more.

if you could give me some advice what i could trye i would highly appreciate it

-figured out my laptop has packet loss of about 8% but i don´t know how to get rid of it. could that be the problem ?
