Elo determination

How come when i win i only get between 7-13 elo but when i lose i lose 20-32 elo and my opponent gains like 20

This due to your current ELO score.
If you are above your opponent, it is "logical" that you will win the match, so you gain less, if you loose, it is against the logic dans you loose a lot.
