Tournament Progress and Restrictions :
- There are 2 Tournaments: The 1st one from Thursday the 23rd of December 17h00 (french time) until Monday the 27th of December 10h00 (french time). The 2nd will take place on Monday the 27th of December 17h00 (french time) to Friday the 31st of December 10h00 (french time).
- Level 1 Cards and Characters only.
- These Tournaments are Elo specific, matching should adapt to you Elo level.
- Legendary cards are not authorized.
- One copy of each card maximum..
Rewards for each Tournament :
1st : 50 000 crystals + 1000 XP Card + Title : The Winter Champion
2nd : 30 000 crystals + 1000 XP Card + Title : The Spirit of the Party.
3rd : 20 000 crystals + 1000 XP Card + Title : The Christmas Tree.
+ 10 amongst the first 100 will receive : 5000 crystals 500 XP card + title : The Little Elf.

I give the servers max 1 day before they crash. 2 of my opponents timed out and I got the "no button" bug ... 3/4 matches weren't played + the time you actually need to wait before any of the menues opens ...

Are you sure all of your cards are level 1 (or -) and you have only 1 of each ? (no doubles)

I haven't tried yet, but are you saying that you cannot have any duplicate cards in your deck? (even if they are level 1)

That makes deck building for this noticeably harder...
(but possibly more interesting as well)

3 rounds into my first tournament match and the game freezes and i get disconnected from the server and now can't reconnect. wtf!? >:(
....ihas decks aren't that problematic....counter with steal, treachery and the card that wipes both players discard piles....cards that can't be played are not a threat. besides being that it's all level one and single copy...most decks should be able to wipe out sap before they get a chance to use ihas

When I said that IHAS is a good idea I didn't knew about no double cards (there is no such rule in the OP)

That's funny, I was thinking the exact same thing. I mean it's not like this is something totally new that caught them off guard, it only happened every single other time such events were made. Oh hell even without events everyone gets disconnected all the time.

Where's our money going towards?

There were 3 maintenances and 2 crashes (at least) in the last 4 hours ... You get disconnected from time to time but not like this. From the last 10 matches I timed out 1 time, and 7 of my opponents timed out. That'll teach me (I bought some feez yesterday and today I can play max 20% of my matches ... fuuuuuuuuuun).

so far i've played 8 games...i've timed out once and the game froze twice....i've won once and the rest of the games my opponents timed out. it takes the honor out of victory and really disrupts the tournament altogether.....what can be done to improve ***bip*** servers? not that i'm that tech savvy...and i'm sure the question is brought up multiple times a day....but this is terrible.

WTF!!! is going on? whole day your serve is f*********** around and now when i try to play winter tournament i get msg: your fairplay level is not enough??? what kind of bullshit is this?? do you have any kind of live/email support for more infor or at least tell me how to upgrate level in order to play further, or just inform somebody to unblock

Upgrading your fairplay level requires playing a set number of games from start to finish... IE - no disconnects on your end.
(if your opponent disconnects I believe that still counts towards raising your level...)

I have already lost several matches myself. It just won't let me stay above 1600 for some reason, it's like ok this guy is winning too much let's disconnect him. Kidding aside, this is bs. Now I can't even login to collect my last advent calendar reward.

it is so f*** crap. i cant believe it how can their server cant handle such low amount of players. I played few games in training to upgradee may fair play rating and after i joined tournament i got same shit: half game i could play and then everything freezout.
Upgrade your server guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!
