Is there a reason why I can't level up my Akutsai from level 3 to level 4. I have win using magic leveled up all the way and Akutsai level 3 leveled up all the way. Furthermore, I can just buy Akutsai 4 at the store, but would prefer just to combine my two cards...since I have all leveled up.

This might be a silly question.
But can I earn the trophies/cards at the store by completing the quest it says underneath the trophy? For instance, I believe I should have gotten "Regency", for playing 15 games against different players by playing way more than 15 games with my zil deck, and with my noz deck.

Thank you so much, I was able to open my booster packs today. I'm sure that was a lot of work and headaches, and I appreciate it.

I still have this same problem. It has been this way for me for a few days now, and they said that they are working on it, but so far no luck 
I really hope they get it fixed soon. I bought mine exclusively for the man-hunt event that is going on right now and wanted to get the extra cards to help with the quests. It is kinda late for help with the quests, but I at the very least want the keys

Furthermore...it is taunting me by saying "you have some unopened boosters" in a cute little blinking icon, every now and then, in the bottom right hand corner of my screen. I click on it and then can't open my boosters

In short, I have not been able to open up my booster packs.
My story: I bought a premium booster yesterday, and wasn't able to open it, with an error message stating "sorry, an error occurred, the product could not be opened directly". Then I tried buying another booster, and had the same message. Then I went to try it on the official website instead of through facebook and no luck. I have been using google chrome and had no luck. Finally I decided the server must be really busy so I waited, an extra day (till today), and still I have no luck.
Please I would like to get my new cards please.
