Not sure if it counts as a best drop but i've gotten 3 mystic shadow slayers in adventure mode. To bad i can't put 3 of them in the same deck.

For the fourth mission i recommend using a shadow mage deck with [card]Never lonely[/card] cause all of the chars are shadow guemelites wich means a lot of damage, still a bit tricky tough but managable.
