Hi - do I need to use the ingame contact to report a purchased trophy that is correctly listed in my "Store Log" but has never appeared in my trophy menu (nor has the card appeared in my collection)

I don't like to complain - I enjoy this game very much - keep up the good work
I can confirm that this also happened to me in a fight on the adventure map today, may have been a hidden effect - but no other factors could explain the occurance except of course a bug (I luckily had another card that could (and did) chain)
